Monday, August 11, 2008 in the Final Game -Chinese Taipei ( Taiwan ) (3) and Kyle Chapman ( Houston Texas ) (14) . The Kyle Chapman Team of Houston Texas is the new Champion of the Palomino World Series 2008 and the Mizuno Team of Caguas Puerto Rico is the new Champion of the Caribbean Zone 2008.
